Booking Guidelines

  1. Guidelines
    1. All facilities at Poh Ming Tse Temple (PMT) are to be used for Dharma-related activities only, e.g. Dharma talks, courses, workshops and retreats.
    2. Stay-in retreats/camps at PMT is not allowed.
    3. Please maintain respect for the Triple Gem throughout the stay in the temple.
    4. Please dress appropriately in the temple premises. No singlet, shorts, or revealing attire.
    5. Please maintain cleanliness of the venue, wash the toilets and remove all trash after the use of the premises.
    6. Please conserve all resources, e.g. electricity, water, paper etc.
    7. No smoking within the temple compound.
    8. As PMT is located within a residential area, no fire or smoke puja, or burning of offering items are allowed.
    9. No drinking and offering of alcoholic beverages.
    10. Only vegetarian meals are allowed in the temple premises.
    11. Only water is allowed on Level 2 & 3. Please eat and drink at designated dining areas.
    12. Cooking of meals is not allowed. Please arrange your own catering of vegetarian meals (including cutleries).
  2. Application Procedure
    1. Applicants must be of a registered society or organization in Singapore and submit the booking application form by email or fax at least ONE month in advance.
    2. Approval is subject to the availability of the facility and the discretion of PMT's management.
  3. Logistics and Support
    1. Please arrange your own setting-up and clearing of the venue before and after the event.
    2. Your organization would be responsible for any damage caused to any part of the venueƂ and the equipments used.
    3. Please return all borrowed items to its original location.
