About The Event
Join us for our final One Day Mindfulness-Purification Retreat of 2026.
We warmly invite you to step away from the busyness of daily life and spend a day in quiet mindfulness and inner reflection.
Through sitting, walking, and standing meditation, noble silence, and guided contemplation, participants will cultivate calm, clarity, compassion, and inner peace in a supportive and contemplative environment.
This retreat is suitable for meditators with basic training, as well as those inclined towards Buddha-name or mantra recitation.
