Join Prof. Matthew Orsborn for an insightful two-part workshop exploring the workings of the mind from a Buddhist perspective. Through ancient teachings and modern understanding, he will guide participants to see how Buddhist psychology explains consciousness, thought, and emotion — and how this understanding can lead to freedom and peace. 🗓 7 & 8 February 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)
