About The Event

☸️ Do The Precepts Make Us More Constrained or More Free? 🧐

For many of us, when we think of a happy life, we think of a life where there are no rules and we are free to do anything. But is this really true happiness?

Ajahn Yiu is here to explore why this might not actually be true happiness at all, and why committing to the training precepts (sila) might actually be the key to freedom and joy instead.
