What values truly matter and how can mindfulness shape the way we parent, nurture, and guide young lives?

Seeds of Wisdom in March presents a heartfelt session on compassionate parenting. We invite parents, caregivers, and seekers alike to reflect on how Buddhist wisdom can support conscious and values-based upbringing.

Guided by Dr Ngiam Xin Ying, a paediatrician and mother of three, and facilitated by Sis Serene Ong, this session blends lived experience, reflection, and dialogue to help us plant seeds of kindness, resilience, and awareness in the next generation.
